Org Administration
Summary
The Org Administration session is recommended for anyone with Org Administration and/or Customer Cloud Administrator responsibilities. Code42 recommends that all learners attend the Code42 Foundations and the Code42 Help Desk Specialist sessions prior to taking the Org Admin session. This instructor-led class is part of the Code42 Education Pass program.
Description
The Org Admin session will cover Code42 organizational structure, Controlling actions, and organization management. Continuing education of available Code42 roles and capabilities will also be discussed. Code42 recommends taking this session as part of a learning pathway.
